Our buyers have 3 days, after receipt of item(s), to notify us of any problems with their purchase, and another 4 days to get the item back to us.    We are always glad to work with you to accomplish what is best for both of us.  Customer pays any return shipping, as well as a 30% restocking fee.   We are not responsible for items lost or damaged shipped internationally.
