These are a great pair of Vintage Mexico Mexican Sterling Silver and Copper and Crushed Stone, either Turquoise or Onyx, Metales Screw Back Earrings measuring approx. 1 1/4" X 3/4", and marked 925 which is STERLING SILVER, and also marked HUECHO EN MEXICO and also marked METALES and have an Eagle with the number 3 mark, and other writing but impossible to make out, please see photos, sorry best pics I can get. Screw backs work fine. These are probably one of the most unusual pair of Mexican earrings that I have ever seen, and I think that if they were signed it would be a great maker! These are just great looking Earrings!
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
