These are a great pair of Vintage Mexican Mexico Taxco Sterling Silver and what I think is crushed Turquoise Screw Back Dangley Earrings measuring approx. 1" x 1/2", at their widest, and marked 925 which is STERLING SILVER, and also marked MEXICO, and also marked TAXCO and also marked with the initials of the maker which looks like ROA. These also have the old eagle on them, but can't make out the number. Screw Backs work fine. Great looking pair of Earrings.
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
