These are great Vintage,Sterling Silver clip on earrings, measuring approx. 1 1/2" X 1". These weigh approx. 24.2 grams, and are marked 925, which stands for STERLING SILVER, and also marked TR-97, which the T stands for TAXCO, the R stands for the first letter of the last name of the artists, and the 97 means that he/she was the 97th person who last name began with an S to register in TAXCO , and are also marked MEXICO These have small dings on the front, but they are small and do not really detract from the earrings, but please NOTE. Clip ons work fine.
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.

Please NOTE, I do not clean any of the jewelry as some collectors prefer to leave the original patina on the piece.
Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
