This is a great Vintage Mexican Taxco Sterling Silver & Black Onyx Bracelet, measuring approx. 6 3/4" X 1/2" at its widest. This is marked 925, which stands for STERLING SILVER, and is also marked MEXICO, and is also marked what I think is TD-75, the T stands for TAXCO, and the D is the first letter of the last name of the artist, and the 75 means that the artist was the 75th person with that first letter of the last name that registered in TAXCO. This is a very heavy bracelet weighing approx. 35.2 grams. Clasp works fine, but is a little stiff at times. Very nice high quality collectible piece.
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
