This is a great Vintage, a real Shell Cameo and Sterling Silver ring. This ring measures approx. 3/4" at its widest. This is marked sterling silver. Please note, the ring seems a little rough in places, but that is most likely to do with its age.
Very nice collectible piece. Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.
