This is a great Vintage Sterling Silver Gold Vermeil Enameled Butterfly Gold Vermeil Brooch measuring approx. 1 1/8" X 1/2", and is marked, but is not readable, sorry best pics I can get, but I will guarantee that it is STERLING SILVER. Great looking Pendant!
Please NOTE, I do not clean any of the jewelry as some collectors prefer to leave the original patina on the piece.
Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
All my jewelry items are packed inside a small pastic bag placed inside a small box which is then placed inside a bubble envelope. Sometimes this packing will differ, but normally it is as described.
