This is an absolutely gorgeous Vintage Signed Victorian Sterling Silver Belt Buckle Brooch, that measures approx. 2 1/2" X 2", and is marked STERLING, and also has a makers mark, but can't read it, but looks kinda of like a fancy letter D or an A, sorry can't get a pic of it. This weighs approx. 23 grams. Your guess on the initials is as good as mine! Interesting Brooch!
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
