This is a great Vintage, SOUTHWEST SOUTHWESTERN Sterling Silver & Malachite pendant, measuring approx. 2 3/4" X 1 5/8". This weighs approx. 42 grams, and although not marked, I will guarantee that it is STERLING SILVER. The stone is MALACHITE. I believe that this is NAVAJO.
Very nice collectible piece.
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.
