These are a fantastic pair of Vintage Sterling Silver Mexican Taxco Sterling Silver 2 Tone Pierced Earrings, measuring approx. 3" X 1 1/8"1" at thei widest, and are marked 925 which is STERLING SILVER and are also marked MEXICO, and are also marked TB-86, the T stands for TAXCO, the B stands for the first initial in the last name of the artist and the 86 indicates that this artist was the 86th person with the last name beginning with a B to register as a silversmith in TAXCO. These are wonderful earrings!
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
