This is a great Vintage Anson 14K and Star Sapphire, I can't tell if its Blue, Black or Gray or a combination of all 3, Tie Tac Mint in the Box. Tie Tac measures approx. 3/8" X 3/8", and weighs approx. 1.6 grams. Starting price is right close to current gold scrap value. This is Old Stock, but is new in the sense that it was never sold. Probably dates to the late 50's or 60's. Great looking Tie Tac!
Please remember that anything handmade is not perfect. There may be some flaws, mostly from manufacture, and possibly from age. I will try to note anything that I see as a major flaw.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
