This is a gorgeous Art Deco Vintage Sterling Silver Eastern Star ring, size 7. This measurs approx. a little over 1/4" at its widest, and is marked STERLING. Fabulous ring! I don't know for sure, but I'm assuming that the center stone is a lab created ruby.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
