This is a Great Vintage Mint 1950's Silver Writing Pen by Anson with Tiger Eye Tip that was never sold and still works, sorry no box. Great piece, and an American made pen at that! This is marked ANSON, SILVER OVERLAY, MADE IN USA. Please check out our other Pens and Pencils.

Coin Silver is used a lot in the making of jewelry, especially Native American pieces. Coin Silver is 800 parts to 1000, ie 800/1000 pure silver, whereas Sterling Silver is 925 parts to 1000, ie 925/1000 pure silver.
